- 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM - Early check-in at Sheraton Roanoke
Saturday
- 10:00 AM - Check-in at practice field
- 11:15 AM - MVs and MVAA Rehearse on practice field
- 12:00 PM - All rehearse with Highty-Tighties
- 12:45 PM - MVAA meeting - elect new officers - Practice field
- 1:00 PM - Lunch
- 2:30 PM - Warm-up
- 2:45 PM - March into Stadium
- 4:00 PM - Kick off
